Payment Options

Financial options are discussed during the initial visit. Dr. Clinebell and his staff are committed to providing excellent dental care and helping patients to select the best payment option for their individual needs. Flexible payment options are available and are based on the responsible party’s credit history. Our goal is to make orthodontics affordable for all patients who seek care. We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. We also utilize a third party lender called Capital One Health Care Finance. Capital One Health Care Finance gives patients the opportunity to select more flexible payment methods, which may better fit their individual budgets.

Dental Insurance

Your insurance is a contract between you (or your employer) and a dental insurance company. Benefits received are based on the terms of the contract negotiated between you (or your employer) and the dental insurance company (not your dental office). The goal of most dental insurance policies is to provide only basic care for specific dental services. Many needed services may not be covered. Our office will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits. As a courtesy, our office will complete and submit your insurance forms to achieve the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for all expenses incurred. We urge you to read the policy so that you are fully aware of coverage and any limitations of the benefits provided.

We offer several different payment plans:

• If the total fee is paid at initial appliance placement, a 5% discount will be applied.
• Fee will be divided into an initial down payment with the remaining balance divided into equal monthly payments ranging from 4-24 months. Number of monthly payments and payment amounts are based on the credit history of responsible party and the type of treatment provided. Our Initial fee and monthly payment plans are interest free. A credit report will be utilized unless you request that it is not done. In that case, full payment is expected at initial appliance placement appointment.
• Flexible payment plan offered by Capital One Healthcare Finance requires no initial payment with monthly payments ranging from 18 to 60 months. This includes a low fixed rate ranging from 5.9% to 12%.
• For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. Auto-debit to your credit card is available upon request.
